Bwlchgwyn Circular 20th October 2019
Grade: Green Number of dogs allowed: None

This is a circular walk offering a variety of terrain, using sections of the Wales Link Path, to cover infrequently walked areas of farmland, as well as part of Nant y Ffrith woods.

Leaving the mountain bike centre car park, we head NE over farm land  towards Nant y Ffrith reservoir.  Now we continue past Tan y Bryn, then E via bridleways towards Nant y Ffrith woods.  Our route here heads S down through the woods to the stream before climbing up the southerly bank through Coed Mawr, to the W of Bwlchgwyn village.  After crossing the A525, the route climbs SW to finally head W over access land near a former quarry to rejoin the lane back to the car park.

Please note that there are numerous stiles, sheep, and some friendly but lively ponies in several fields, hence no dogs please.
