Do not walk if you are feeling unwell. Carry your own hand sanitiser. In case of an emergency ensure you have with you a face mask and first aid pack.
Inevitably, the route will go through gates and over stiles that other people will have touched. It may have narrow sections that mean you will be passing close to other people.
The walk commences with a stroll on quiet country lanes (mostly pavement) through Little Budworth and passing Budworth pond. We then join flat paths (occasionally muddy) through Little Budworth Common. We pass White Hall and continue to past a small pool and up a slight incline with some steps before merging onto Beech Road.
We walk through the woods adjoining the Cheshire Polo Club training grounds and we may see the polo ponies being exercised.
The walk takes us back across the training ground and back into the woods.
The walks ends back at the Common car park and it is a short drive up to Tarporley Garden Centre for coffee and/or lunch.
