Moel Gyw from Llanarmon yn Ial

This walk takes in three lesser known summits in the Clywdian range – Moel Gyw, Moel Llanfair and Moel y Plas
Blue Walk
Sunday 17 May 2026

No dogs allowed

There are good paths throughout, including quieter trails and part of the Offa’s Dyke path, centered around the village of Llanarmon yn Ial.
The route is quite strenuous in places but hopefully good weather will bring us some great views from the ridge across the Clywdians.
The village (and community pub) are about 1.5km from our end point offering a chance of refreshments.
