No dogs allowed

The walk starts from the Northop car park, walking over the golf course towards Soughton. We walk through Soughton village and on towards Soughton Farm and into the Big Wood. Here the path becomes very boggy in places, it may be necessary to use a rough diversion if there has been heavy rain. Our route then takes us past Gwysany Hall and through Ram Wood where there are good views towards Liverpool if the weather is fine. We then make our return towards Northop via good paths and minor roads.
