From the Notice Board we walk through Wepre wood alongside Wepre brook towards Ewloe castle, passing the waterfall and crossing stone and wooden bridges. Stopping at the foot of the Castell with an opportunity to explore for those interested (additional steps/ascent, optional).
Leaving from the Castell, we continue through the wood and then follow a track to the B road which we walk along towards Northop Hall, eventually picking up a path along an old railway line back towards Wepre Parc, through Broadoak wood nature reserve, where we meander through a housing estate and the gathering grounds, and then roads back into Wepre Parc, where you could explore the gardens, visitor centre and Old Hall Café further
