Please complete the Day Membership Indemnity form below. The form will be sent to the Membership Secretary, who will facilitate your request.

Trial walks are restricted to Green and Blue Level walks only.

Your request to join a walk should be submitted at least 3 days prior to the walk date.

By submitting your application you agree to Old Hall Walking Club processing your data in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

I have read the Walk Brief, and I declare that I am physically fit, able to undertake the walk advertised on the above date and have responsibility for my own safety. I have read the advice on the club website regarding safety and suitable kit, and will be appropriately equipped. I will abide by the directions given by the walk leader.
